Sales & Business Development Executive

The Company:

Playprint is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of products to the Gaming, Lottery and Promotional Game Industries in Europe; with offices in Dublin, Poland and the U.S.A. It specialises in providing printed solutions involving specialist numbering and printing techniques. The company also has an online promotions division, ePlaycentral.

Its client base is made up of many Blue chip companies including Microsoft, Diageo, Heineken, Texaco, Mecca and Ogilvy Worldwide.

The Role:

To seek out opportunities for selling products that Playprint can or could produce with strategic investment in personnel or machinery. This will involve leveraging contacts within our present customer base and exploiting the company’s core capability in security and variable numbering, and creating novel promotional game mechanisms.

Responsibilities 

  1. Maximise sales growth, profit and distribution of the Playprint product range.
  2. Ensure closure of key opportunities.
  3. Deal directly with decision makers and prospective customers within our target market at management level.
  4. Provide direction and targeting of sales.
  5. Quantify the value of new opportunities where they are seen to exist. 
  6. Gather and collate details on potential strategic link ups with companies in similar or related sectors.
  7. Assist/advise in the production of sales and marketing collateral. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • A minimum of three years experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • A third level qualification preferably although not essentially in a business marketing discipline.
  • Computer literacy essential.
  • Highly developed selling and influencing skills. 
  • Good written, oral and presentation skills.
  • A clean driving licence

Position:

Salary/package negotiable.

Customer Service / Sales Support Position

The Company:

Playprint has successfully operated for the last 35 years across 13 countries supplying to some of the most successful Brands in the world (Guinness, Heineken, Microsoft, Vodafone, Orange). It has offices in the Uk , N Ireland , Warsaw, Prague & USA along with selling agents in other territories.

The Role:

Acting as assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the sales process. For the right candidate there will be tremendous scope to learn and progress.

Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation

Research into potential customers/prospects, preparation of target lists, agreeing outbound actions, and eventually having knowledge to carry out calls. These calls are with a view to arranging meetings for the sales team.

Queries and Quotations

Ensuring all quotes are provided within a given period and collating the response to these quotes and any general customer queries to the sales team and sales offices overseas.

Liason with Production

Collation of questions and queries that may arise from production and pre-production functions to Sales team and informing production & pre production of key elements of specific jobs.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess a variety of skills, be highly motivated and have a good telephone marketing approach . There will be adequate scope for learning and training for a candidate with the ambition to take on a direct Sales & Marketing position.

Position:

This is a full time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
