PlayPrint offers a full in house service for the production of cards from design right through to the delivery of the finished product.

Physical/Intelectual Security
The physical and intellectual security of cards is our primary concern throughout the process. Premises are alarmed and monitored 24 hours per day and video monitoring of activity in all areas of the plant takes place. Staff access is by swipe card only and a computerised log records all entrants to the telephone card production area.

The company appreciates its customers concerns with regard to the handling of pin number data. To this end it has a policy of processing all phone card data on a system that is disconnected from its main I.T network. When not being worked upon, data is stored in encrypted form using PGP with a key length of 4096 bits. In house procedures means that staff working the data do not have direct access to that data but require supervision by designated security personnel. Our I.T department can confidently handle data to the most demanding specification and are continuously updating their knowledge base in this area.

Machinery/Product Design Ability
The company has equipped itself with a complete range of machinery to ensure it meets all its customer needs. Customer care is recognised as being central to our current success and our future. We can offer different sizes and types of cards to meet customer specification. Packaging can be tailored to suit customer requirements and our flow wrapping lines allow for insert inclusion if required.

PlayPrint appreciates the necessity to comply with a policy of 100% accountability and has therefore built in procedures to guarantee that all cards are accounted for at the end of a production run.

Logistics/Customer Care
The company is aware of the need to meet customer expectation with regard to on time production, delivery and stock levels. We work closely with our clients to meet their needs in this area and have built up good relationships with reputable transport companies to ensure on time deliveries in perfect condition.
